Beskrivning av semesterhuset
Borgo Ariano är en praktfull egendom med semesterlägenheter som ligger nära den välkända staden Volterra i hjärtat av Toscana.
Renoveringen av egendomen slutfördes. Den har nu totalt 14 helt nya lägenheter som kan hyras.
Varje enhet är smakfullt inredd med travertinsten, terrakottagolv och synliga träbjälkar. Lägenheterna är utrustade med alla bekvämligheter som krävs för en fridfull och bekväm vistelse.
Egendomen har ett vackert läge omgivet av böljande kullar med olivlundar och vinodlingar, ett landskap som är typiskt för denna del av Toscana. Den välskötta trädgården har en underbar pool som delas av gästerna på egendomen. Poolen är omgiven av en solterrass i travertin, komplett med solstolar och parasoller – den perfekta platsen att koppla av eller svalka sig med familj eller vänner under varma sommardagar.
Borgo Ariano är en utmärkt utgångspunkt för att njuta av det vackra toskanska landskapet och utforska regionens många sevärdheter, såsom Volterra, San Gimignano och de historiska städerna Florens, Siena, Lucca, Pisa samt den toskanska kusten.
De varma och gästvänliga ägarna sköter egendomen personligen och bor bara en kort bit bort, vilket gör att de alltid finns tillgängliga om gästerna behöver hjälp.
Tillgång till egendomen sker via en välskött grusväg.

Location molto bella, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza! Appartamento ben arredato e moderno. Suggeriamo di prevedere una lavatrice ad uso comune e degli stendibiancheria per ciascun appartamento in quanto si eviterebbe di stendere sulle ringhiere ogni genere di indumento che poi vola in terra e il risultato è esteticamente brutto. Inoltre prevedere negli appartamenti dei ganci per appendere gli indumenti/asciugamani e un microonde. Nel complesso vacanza super rilassante!!

Wow, what an incredible place this is! Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming to us.
We had some bad luck with our car (a flat tire), and even this was taken care of for us by the Borgo team. We would truly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Borgio Ariano apartment the apartment was immaculate, modern & beautifully decorated. The apartment has everything you need with a very large sofa bed. The pool area is well kept and a lovely place to relax and cool off in the stunning grounds. We look forward to returning. Staff were very helpful with any requests.

Sehr schöne & gepflegte Anlage, ruhig gelegen in wunderschöner Umgebung. Das Apartment sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, gute Betten! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alle unsere Anfragen sind direkt beantwortet worden. Die Anlage liegt in der Nähe von Volterra, ca 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Dort ist auch der nächstgelegene Supermarkt. Das muss man unbedingt in Betracht ziehen. Ganz in der Nähe gab es ein Restaurant mit atemberaubendem Ausblick und gutem Essen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Erfahrung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, ampi e progettati con cura, si trovano in una splendida Proprietà tranquilla, nella campagna,in posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni. Un ringraziamento particolare va al titolare, estremanente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Avendo trascorso solo un week end non abbiamo avuto il tempo di goderci la bellissima piscina, ritorneremo!

The location coordinates provided were accurate and we found the estate easily. The parking lot was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious too and spotlessly clean. It was also very well equipped. The internet was very good. The beds were big and comfortable. The second bathroom was a great convenience. The tables outside, in front of the apartment, were a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or just the view, which was beautiful. It would have been even better if there were more hangers in the bathrooms for the used towels, or some simple equipment to hang them to dry after use. But as it was obvious that the place has been renovated soon, maybe such appliances are expected to be delivered for the summer season. Because this place is perfect for a summer vacation - the pool, the view, the barbecue, the proximity to Volterra and not only. We loved the time we spent there and we would love to come back again.

It is a very beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany! A lovely, quiet place and the apartments look very nice and clean. Very beautiful, clean swimming pool. Very friendly owners who are willing to help with anything! I can recommend it to everyone. We visited all the famous cities in the area. The location is perfect, because everything is within a 1-hour drive.

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo ariano. The place is set in the heart of a truly beautiful Tuscan landscape, surrounded by peaceful countryside — a real haven of peace. The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. We immediately felt at home.
The swimming pool is also fantastic, and the whole property is very well maintained. The location is perfect: very close to Volterra and San Gimignano, and also a great base to visit Siena and Florence. Federico was very welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations, which made our stay even better.
A beautiful, relaxing place in authentic Tuscany — we would happily come back and highly recommend it.

It´s a great place to make relaxing holydays in a quiet environment. The apartment was very nice and good equipped. The pool area is also convenient. The host Federico is a helpful guy.
It´s a good "base camp" to discover the highlights of tuskany and for cycling as well.

Esperienza straordinaria al Borgo Ariano!
Abbiamo appena concluso una vacanza meravigliosa al Borgo Ariano e non possiamo che esprimere la nostra totale soddisfazione. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Luca e tutto il suo staff: la loro professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico, sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso e a creare un'atmosfera familiare.
I nostri bambini sono stati entusiasti della piscina - sicura, pulita e perfettamente mantenuta - e hanno apprezzato moltissimo lo spazio a disposizione per giocare liberamente. Il gelato al bar sottostante è stato la ciliegina sulla torta! Per noi adulti, il vero tesoro è stato il verde rigoglioso che circonda la struttura e la pace assoluta del luogo. La posizione strategica ci ha permesso di esplorare alcuni borghi bellissimi della zona, ogni paese una scoperta affascinante.
Gli appartamenti sono semplicemente eccezionali: moderni, nuovissimi e dotati di ogni comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile e tutto funziona perfettamente. Una menzione speciale per gli appartamenti 6 e 7 con la scala comune - una soluzione geniale che ci ha permesso di condividere la vacanza con un'altra famiglia mantenendo la privacy di ciascun appartamento indipendente.
Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare! Il Borgo Ariano ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Grazie ancora a Luca e a tutto lo staff per questa esperienza indimenticabile!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido borgo la settimana di ferragosto e non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
Luca, Maura, Federico, Gaia, Kamal e Gas per noi sono diventati famiglia.
Appartamenti nuovi, bellissimi e pulitissimi,piscina meravigliosa.
In poco tempo si raggiungono incantevoli città come Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Volterra e San Giaminiano..

We were in Borgo Ariano in summer 2025 and had a really great time. The apartement was clean and wonderful. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms are just perfect. The stuff was very nice and helpful in any cases. As a family we enjoyed the pool very much. Also we rented E-Bikes. Other guests were also nice. We plan to come back next year. In Borgo Ariano and the surroundings (Volterra is only 10 min away) you´ll get the very typical Tuscany feeling you are lookin for.

We had a wonderful time at Borgo Ariano. A beautifully restored house with a large pool, quiet, clean, and fantastic! The owners and their staff are very friendly; it's like being in a family. It's a great base for trips to the sea (50 km away), Siena, Voltera, or San Gimignano. We highly recommend it and would go back.

In this newly renovated Borgo you’ll get your vacation you deserve. Excellent facilities and architecture, big comfortable rooms with AC, nice, well equipped kitchen. REALLY nice beds and pillows, even the bed sofa is as comfortable as a real bed. The pool area is nice with salt water pool! The staff who are working there are so dedicated and determined to make your vacation the best one. The hospitality, the knowledge and their creativity.

There is a neighboring farm who has horse and quad bike excursions, we did both and we enjoyed it highly. A lot of great restaurants in the area. Just 2 min drive to a nice pizza, best pasta in Mazzolla, amazing restaurants in Volterra.
Perfect located between Volterra and San Gimignano, Siena and Firenze are within an hour drive.

We stayed with five adults in apartments 6 and 7 for a week. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The pool is a good size, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The owners are more than friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The building is quietly situated, and the nearby towns and villages are easily accessible by car.
