Beskrivning av semesterhuset
Beach Villa Joanna är en nyrenoverad och spännande semestervilla nära havet vid Agnos på norra delen av Korfu i Grekland.
Semesterhuset har hög standard och har en av de mest fantastiska poolerna på ön, designad av en välkänd lokal arkitekt. Villan har 3 rymliga sovrum (luftkonditionerade), vackra interiörer, stora gemensamma utrymmen både inuti och utomhus, och kan enkelt rymma upp till 6/8 gäster. Huset är omgivet av stora trädgårdar med gräsmatta och olivträd. Fastigheten är den perfekta platsen för familjer som vill ha en semester i lugna omgivningar omgiven av den orörda naturen på Korfu, men ändå inom räckhåll för kusten (som ligger bara 500 meter bort). De många anläggningarna nära Roda ligger också inom räckhåll.
Semesterhuset är byggt på en nivå och den moderna interiören är utformad för att ge en avkopplande, glad känsla med stort fokus på detaljer. Öppet vardagsrum / kök har 2 soffor (som kan omvandlas till 2 enkelsängar i standardstorlek), TV, wi-fi-internetanslutning, matbord. Köket är stilfullt utformat och är fullt utrustat med 4 kokplattor ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kyl / frys. Vardagsrummet vetter mot den rymliga utomhusterrassen med direkt tillgång till poolen! Stugan har totalt 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Ett stort sovrum har ett privat badrum med dusch och stora altandörrar som vetter ut mot terrassen vid poolen. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, medan det tredje är särskilt rymligt och har 2 enkelsängar (som kan förenas på begäran) och en extra hopfällbar säng. De delar ett familjebadrum med badkar och tvättmaskin. Under restaureringen har ägaren Joanna noggrant återskapat antika bitar gjorda av morfar John som var den tidigare ägaren till villan samt en skicklig snickare.
Utomhusområdena på Beach Villa Joanna är imponerande. Poolen är smart utformad och vackert upplyst på natten. Gästerna har möjlighet att ta ett uppfriskande dopp direkt från terrassen. Poolen är uppdelad i två delar, en tillägnad vuxna och en till barn, förknippad med ett imponerande vattenfall. Det vuxna avsnittet mäter 9m x 4m (djup från 1,2 m till 1,7 m), medan barns avsnitt mäter 5 m x 2 m (avsnitt 0,5 m). Den cirkulära delen av poolen har en trevlig sittgrupp, perfekt för att koppla av medan du njuter av en drink. Vuxna och barn kan säkert leka på gräsmattan framför villan eller sola sig på en av de bekväma solstolarna och njuta av den vackra utsikten över de omgivande olivträdna. Privat parkering finns på plats.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The outdoor area was a real highlight — a perfect sun trap around the pool with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying alfresco meals.
The bathrooms were clean with excellent water pressure, and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Joanna was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Overall, a beautiful and well-kept villa that we’d happily return to and highly recommend.

What a fantastic time we all had at Villa Joanna (4 adults and 3 children). The villa was exactly as advertised, very tidy, extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed for 11 nights and the villa was cleaned twice by Gala, ( a lovely lady) who cleaned everything inside and out.. All loved the swimming pools especially the children (pool cleaned twice)
We did not have a car but we all managed to walk into Roda every day ( walking kept us fit) to enjoy the beach,restaurants and entertainment. We also went horse riding and had a fantastic time at the Aqualand Water Park.
Would definitely recommend Villa Joanna!

We stayed at Villa Joanna, which fully lived up to our expectations. The house is in good condition and very functional. The cleanliness was outstanding! The location near Roda, with good restaurants and shopping options, is also excellent.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und viel Komfort und Platz bietet. Alle technischen Einrichtungen sind top, sehr sauber und nach ein paar Tagen wird die Bettwäsche gewechselt und geputzt. Der große Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen ist ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, jeder findet hier seinen Platz. Ruhig und mitten in der Natur, zum Strand nur wenige hundert Meter. Aircondition Note 1. Küchenausstattung läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Sehr schöner Pool. Wir kommen wieder.

Really enjoyed our time at the Villa. It’s a great location close to Roda. The area is very peaceful. Villa has lots of space. It just doesn’t get 5 stars as the beds are possibly the firmest I’ve ever tried to sleep in. However, everything else was lovely.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la villa Joanna. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, les extérieurs, la pièce principale et les chambres. En cette fin octobre, l'eau de la piscine était très fraîche mais mon mari et mes garçons y ont quand même fait quelques plongeons bien rafraîchissants et c'était très plaisant de lire ou de bronzer au bord de la piscine tout de même. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Corfou et espérons y revenir !

We had a great stay at Villa Joanna, Roda, Corfu. The Villa's owner Joanna, was amazing and very helpful on our requests etc. for extra kitchen equipment etc. The Villa is in a quiet location, but great shops etc’ s are all a short driving distance., as are a number of great places to eat nearby and plenty of quiet beaches. (we visited in September 2024). Get Joanna to give you details on the local green grocer, butchers and fish shop

Great villa for a perfect holiday: very clean, helpful host, wonderful location for those who enjoy the silence. Great pool, both the kids and adults enjoyed it.

Villa Joanna and host Joanna was fantastic and would highly recommend. The Villa is beautiful and Joanna as a host is very caring and wanted to ensure we had a great family holiday, which we did indeed!!! Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on and she convinced us to take the kids to Aqualand…which was fun for both adults and kids!! We had a 10 night stay and would have loved longer! The Villa is cleaned to a very high standard and perfectly equip for a family villa holiday. We hope to return when we come back to Corfu!

Joanna’s Villa was a great villa - such good value for money. Nice and clean with regular cleaning service. Very helpful host there to answer any questions about the island with useful recommendations. The villa is in a great location - nice and quiet and close to Roda which is a lovely town 4 mins drive away. Best to rent a car so you can enjoy Corfu’s wonderful beaches and villages. Perfect 10 day stay for our large family

Villa Joanna was a beautiful place to stay for myself and a few friends for a first time in Corfu. The villa is beautiful and very private. I would definitely recommend a car as there isn’t much walking distance, the closest town being about a 20mins walk, but it’s super easy to drive around and get to all the local beaches and areas. The home is clean and comfortable and the outdoor area is lovely. Joanna is an amazing host, always checking in and asking if we needed anything. Would recommend to all!

Dieser Urlaub war so wunderschön, dass wir ihn nie vergessen werden. Die Villa ein Traum! Joanna war sofort erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Villa war sehr sauber und von der Einrichtung wie beschrieben. Es war genügend Platz für alle und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Our stay at Villa Joanna in Corfu was absolutely fantastic! The villa is as stunning as it looks in the pictures and it's equipped with everything we could need for our 5 nights stay. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the villa was impeccably clean and tidy upon our arrival so we felt right at home. The pool water was clean and bright blue. Around the pool, there is a beautiful garden with olive and fig trees that made the villa even more charming. The location is perfect, surrounded by lush greenery, yet conveniently close to Acharavi town for all our needs. With a rental car, getting around was a breeze, and we loved exploring the nearby beaches just a short drive away. Joanna, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. We highly recommend this villa for a luxurious and unforgettable Corfu getaway!

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung, Gastgeberin Joanna is sehr bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, vom Flughafen fährt man ca. eine Stunde bis zur Unterkunft, Villa befindet sich in der Nähe von schönen Stränden und gemütlichen Restaurants (z.B. Gregory's Fish Taverna), an Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung sind zu empfehlen: Tauchen mit "Easy dive" und Bootsverleih "Ionian Blue"

We have just come back from the most wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely and Joanna could not have been more helpful. If we had any questions Joanna would reply very quickly and efficiently. It was a real break and all the family enjoyed it. It was a great place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend you stay and visit - 10/10!!

Really lovely villa. Perfect escape, fab host, so kind and helpful. Perfect location to have your own quiet space, but close enough to everything you need. Definitely would recommend hiring your own car to get around. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Familie met 4 personen, huurperiode 17 t/m 24 oktober. De villa, tuin, zwembad, handdoeken en beddengoed waren super schoon. De ligstoelen stonden klaar rondom het zwembad. Alles was verzorgd, netjes en alle keuken apparaten, verwarming/airco en WiFi werkte prima. In deze periode was het overdag 25 graden en in de avond koelde het behoorlijk af. De verwarming kon gemakkelijk in de avond worden bijgezet. Met de verhuurster konden we appen en zij waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de buurt, op 5 minuten met de auto waren 2 grote supermarkten en genoeg restaurants om lekker uiteten te gaan. Veel uitstapjes gemaakt en een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een aanrader!

We rented this Villa for 10 days.
And WOW what a nice private place, big yard for your car, TOTAL nice house and pool. EVERYTHING worked perfect, all equipments inside the house was perfect, you have plenty of kitchen tools there, all modern. Internet, big TV, just perfect.
Nice beds. And the hous was so clean and we had 2 mid cleaning and end cleaning. The Host Joanna and her husband keeps us updated on all things and was so serviceminded.
Thanks for a GREAT stay, and this villa and place is something we likie to visit again.

This villa is amazing. if you need quiet relaxing time, go there. Swimming pool will Give you a lot of joy and nice coolnes in hot days. You can go to the sea Beach, just 6 minutes by foot.
Inside the villa there are 3 bedroom, kitchen and livingroom. All perfectly designed!
You can eat figs and jujube fruits directly from trees/no chemical stuff used to grow/.
Sometimes there come lovely Cat to visit.
Joanna, the owner is very kind person. She reccomended us a great place to go on Crete. She is really helpful and cares about every aspect of your holiday.
We spent there a week and are plannig to come back next year.

The villa was everything we expected from the photos; large grounds, great pool (the pool has a separate shallow section for kids that links with the main pool) and the villa had everything we needed.

The location is perfect for the north of the island, must have a car with you . The facilities of the villa are fantastic- the pool, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms. Joanna was for us anytime to any request. Thank you very much.

The villa is amazing , great pool rooms are spacious and very comfortable all with a/c that worked very well , location was perfect for us as we wanted a rural location . Joanna is Superb hostess she made us with like family . Nothing was to much trouble for her . I would recommend a car as taxis can be a problem . Thanks Joanna til next next year

This place is amazing.... as good as it looks in the photos (if not better!). The pool is big, clean and great in the heat. The house was spotlessly clean and was serviced during our week stay. The garden is great for eating big meals outside in the evening and listening to the local wildlife. The hosts were helpful and answered all our questions quickly. They even helped us with the airport transfer. We did not have a car - the town and beach is only a short walk (beach around 10 mins and town around 25 mins) although if you want to explore the rest of the island then having a car or hiring scooters (as we did) is a must. I literally do not have a bad word to say about the villa or the hosts and have already recommended the villa to other friends (we definitely plan to return)!

We have booked this Villa on Easter it was very beautiful.You have everything you need for cooking for washing ans more.the Pool was Big and very great.What you can see on the Fotos this you will find there.the property is very nice with big olivetrees like artworks. I recommend hiring a car to explore all the beauty of Corfu such a beautiful island.thank you for everything.

Very enjoyable and a total relaxing experience.Great villa. Well designed and well kept. Nicely decorated and inviting.The villa is approximately an hour drive from the airport. A car/ vehicle is essential as there is one taxi service operating in the area and you are not guaranteed a taxi when requested. Nearest supermarket approximately 20 minute drive. The villa is a quiet and peaceful/ secluded location.The kitchen/ dining area open plan design meet our needs, and there was also the option to dine outdoors which was a great.Bedrooms were a good size and all air conditioned. Master bedroom has an en suite, and Master/ second bedroom have patio doors leading to the pool / outdoors.The beach is a short drive from the villa or a 30 min walk. Local mini mart supermarket is a 5 min drive and are also available to deliver, which was excellent.Cleaning took place twice a week. Villa was cleaned and maintained to an excellent standard.On the website there is no mention of a car being essential, however the owner notified guests and is a useful sources of information. Great large pool which also has a separate children’s pool which is fantastic and accommodating feature.Bathrooms are nicely designed, family bathroom spacious and adequate for 5he size of the villa.The owner was welcoming and friendly. They ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and answered any queries

Amazing Place
The owner - Joanna was very helpful before and during our stay. She provided a non-stick frying pan within minutes of us requesting it. She also coordinated with the supermarket for deliveries to the Villa.
The house is beautifully located in the country. Not perfect for the beach but the pool is big enough and very well maintained with no chlorine smell or taste.
Effective air conditioning and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine also appreciated. Large TV with Netflix.
We rented a scooter as it’s a bit too far to walk to shops.

This villa is really fabulous. We loved being in a totally peaceful location and enjoyed the pool and outside living. We cooked on the BBQ, there's a good outside kitchen and it's a spacious and lovely space to chill and relax. You need a car to get around and see the island, but we also walked to the Three brothers taverna and had the best squid ever. It was a lovely walk, turn out of the gate and walk right and turn left at the beach . It was lovely to be able to do this when you don't want to drive but would like a lunch or evening out. The owners are charming and they very helpful and attentive. The cleaning of this villa was fantastic, thank you to the lady who came during our stay, you were super. All in all if you are debating- GO!

The Villa was lovely - exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was spotless on arrival and Joanna came round a number of times to ensure we had everything. She also advised on places to go. Not too far from the beach and a couple of nice fish tavernas. Central for travelling along the coast to other beautiful beaches.

Fabulous Villa. Large, bright, clean and modern. Great pool and nice gardens. Well equipped with all the necessary essentials and very nice owners who were quick to respond to any problems. Location means a drive to most of the best beaches and towns/restaurants, but good central, location to explore whole of North of Island. My only recommendation - include a written guide to best places to visit or eat in the villa. We were lucky enough to meet Joanna in person and I was able to ask her in person.

Our family had the most amazing time at Beach Villa Joanna. The property was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Corfu. It was clean, immaculately decorated and fitted with everything a family could need. The pool was fantastic, our 3 children were rarely out of it. With such a beautiful property there is little reason to go anywhere else. Joanna and Spiros were excellent attentive hosts who preempted many of our needs and saw to them in advance of any request. I would highly recommend this property and would happily return.

Very positive experience staying in this villa. First class communication and hosting by Joanna herself. Handy location to explore all the northern coastline of Corfu. We went to a different beach every day for a week and LOVED every single one. Beautiful pool and very clean and modern villa. Great indoor/outdoor layout with bbq and shaded outdoor table, Overall we would definitely book this villa again.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist sehr sauber,die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos. Der Pool ist klasse und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst hilfsbereit und spricht auch gut Englisch.
In der Nähe gibt es 3 ordentliche Restaurants. Wir waren mit dem Strand nicht so glücklich. Aber das ist sicher eine Frage des Geschmacks.

Villa Joanna was perfect for our family holiday.
The property was spacious inside & out.
We enjoyed local restaurants & bars and received top tips and things to do from Joanna the host.
The property is quite secluded and a car is a must, but this was perfect for what we wanted, a relaxing week away to enjoy family time.
However we were close enough to beautiful beaches and restaurants if you jump in the car for 10-15 mins.
We would highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at the villa and Joanna was super helpful and welcoming on arrival. The villa was sparkling clean, light and spacious and the kids couldn't get enough of the pool morning, noon and night. Joanna had some great suggestions of what to do and where to eat in the local area and we had a fantastic, memorable holiday. Thank you

Eine sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Villa mit tollem sauberen Pool für Groß und Klein. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und sehr ruhig. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen !

My husband and I stayed at the villa for a week in June with our little boy and my parents. Villa Joanna was perfect for us - the space was modern and clean, and the pool area was private and secluded. We were pleasantly surprised as to how close we were to the beach, and that we were in walking distance of a couple of seafood restaurants.
Joanna was also a fantastic host, she came to greet us the afternoon we arrived, and worked to resolve a problem with the air conditioning immediately (we had opened a door incorrectly which had caused the problem). There was also some water in the fridge when we arrived, and pool toys for our little boy which were lovely touches. Check in was incredibly smooth and Joanna was very easy to keep in touch with.
For anyone thinking of staying with small children, the fact that the villa is all on one level is also convenient, and the place is well stocked with plates/knives/forks etc if you are thinking of self catering.

Wir haben hier einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbringen dürfen!
Eine Woche lang haben wir mit Kleinkind das Haus und den Pool genossen, haben abends im Bett das Meer rauschen hören, schöne Sonnenuntergänge gesehen, lecker auf der Terrasse gegessen, kurz: uns einfach wohl gefühlt.
Joanna war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr entgegenkommend.
Gerade überlegen wir, nächstes Jahr wieder unsere Zeit dort zu verbringen.
Wir können Haus und Vermieterin jederzeit empfehlen.

The pool is a wonderful place to cool off on hot days.
All doors and windows have screens so you can enjoy fresh air without having to worry about bugs. The place is very modern with new appliances. Very nicely decorated.
Joanna is a wonderful and welcoming host. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any question we had.
The villa is located in a quiet area. It's a perfect place whether you want to be active or relax.

Extraordinary place in the most beautiful surroundings, very quiet and private as well as close to the sandy beach.Perfect time to visit Corfu, where there is still a lot of activity, but it is not too hot. The house is a wonderful both inside and outside, superb meeting place for evenings, where you can cook, eat and talk with your friends. Very nice! Fantastic swimming pool, always clean and really large.

Villa fantastique, très bien équipée et merveilleusement située. C'est très calme et le jardin offre à la fois du soleil et de l'ombre. Les propriétaires ont pris très soin.

Siamo stati in Beach Villa Joanna per alcuni giorni a settembre 2018 e devo dire che siamo rimasti davvero colpiti! La casa è nuovissima, immersa in una pace incredibile ma a pochi passi dal mare. La piscina è qualcosa di incredibile, grandissima e con una "cascata" d'acqua splendida. C'è anche la sezione separata per i bambini e gli ospiti della camera matrimoniale possono tuffarsi in piscina direttamente dal terrazzo. Davvero una cosa unica! Villa spettacolare!

I truly enjoyed my stay in Villa Joanna. We were the first guests to stay in the villa after it was completed, and got a great last minute deal. The villa is amazing, spotlessy clean, Joanna is a great host and the location is wonderful. The most relaxing place ever! Yet just very close to the beach and Roda which was great for our teenagers. The pool is amazing, really huge and so different! Really a plus. Cannot fault, thank you again Joanna!
